Harvard (town site, town info)
Lancaster - Precinct 1 (town site, town info)
Lunenburg (town site, town info)
Shirley (town site, town info)

Acton, Boxborough, and Shirley are in Middlesex County, while Harvard, Lancaster and Lunenburg are in Worcester County.
